An entire cookie made of brownie edges?!

Okay, the gooey middle of brownies is great, but that crispy outer edge... there is just nothing like it... except these cookies!!! I mean wow, these cookies literally made me say WOW. It really is like a cookie made of the outer edge of a pan of brownies. It is a consistent crisp that isn't too rich to keep you from going back for more. They definitely satisfy my cravings for something sweet and chocolatey. I went back and bought a second bag, hehe!
