🌞WOW Summer Camp
Wednesday - May 27th, 2026 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Blaze Your Own Trail 🔥
This isn’t your typical conference… this is camp for the woman you’re becoming.
Because if you’re anything like me…
you’ve sat through business conference after business conference, inside gray convention center walls, information overload because its only spoken - at you - not with you in mind, worst of all not seeing the sun all day…
Well, no more.
Kickoff to Camp Party
Tuesday - May 26th, 2026 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Before we step into camp… we shake off the nerves ✨
This is your moment to show up, dress up (if you want), and play.
Think singing at the top of your lungs, dancing with new friends, and walking into camp the next day already knowing people.
We’ll have:
• A dancefloor to boggie down
• Headshots + photo moments
• A space to meet other campers and get out the pre-camp jitters
Because everything feels better when you’ve already found your people 💖
Thank You to WOW Summer Camp Sponsors

From Burnout to Alignment: Rewiring Your Energy, Money & Business
Most conversations about money and success focus on strategy—but ignore the one thing driving it all: your nervous system.
In this campfire, we’ll explore how burnout, inconsistency, and financial stress are often not a discipline problem, but a misalignment between your brain, body, and the way you’ve been taught to operate.
Through the lens of neuroplasticity, you’ll begin to understand how your patterns around money, productivity, and self-worth were formed—and how to gently rewire them in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
We’ll also explore aligning your energy with your life and business, including how your natural rhythms influence your capacity, decisions, and income.
This isn’t about doing more—it’s about working with yourself.
Walk away with clarity, practical shifts, and a more aligned approach to wealth and well-being.
Whitney Fallon is a holistic nurse practitioner, financial wellness educator, and founder of Wellness Renovation, a movement helping individuals rebuild their relationship with money, health, and life from the inside out.
Blending healthcare and financial education, she brings a unique perspective to wealth-building—highlighting the connection between the nervous system, behavior, and long-term financial outcomes. She supports entrepreneurs, wellness professionals, and families in creating sustainable stability by addressing not just strategies, but the patterns behind them.
As a wealth architect, Whitney helps people design financial lives aligned with their values, energy, and season of life—focusing on clarity, protection, and growth without overwhelm or shame. She’s known for creating grounded, judgment-free spaces where people shift from burnout and avoidance into confidence and alignment.
Badge Earned The Skills No One Tells You You'll Need to Run a Women-Owned Business
Nobody hands you a manual when you open a women-owned business. You have a dream and the drive — and then life hands you the rest: the denials, the clients who can't pay, the systems that weren't built with you in mind, the 11pm emails you answer because you actually care. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you forget that surviving that stuff is the skill.
In this campfire session, private practice owner Bonnie Logsdon uses the summer camp merit badge framework to reframe the hardest parts of running a care-based business — not as signs you're failing, but as badges you're actively earning. Because the real curriculum of entrepreneurship doesn't show up in any course.
It shows up when you're burned out, stretched thin, and wondering if you built the wrong thing.
You'll leave this session with a new way of seeing your hard seasons — and a few real tools for protecting your energy before the next one hits.
Bonnie Logsdon is an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and Registered Dietitian and owner of Bonnie Knows Breast, a perinatal private practice in Louisville, KY.
She built her business independently — navigating insurance credentialing, referral networks, and industry advocacy — and has the badges to prove it. When she's not supporting new families, she's thinking about how care-based business owners can build practices that are sustainable, profitable, and actually still fun to run.
She believes the hard parts of entrepreneurship aren't a detour. They're the whole point.

Regulated to Revenue is a transformative workshop that shows leaders and teams how nervous system regulation directly impacts performance, decision-making, and ultimately revenue. feel, better: conversations on healing generational trauma
Given the chaos of the world today, imagining a better reality likely feels very out of reach. This is because both privilege and persecution ultimately serve as bars to the same cage preventing us from becoming our most authentic selves. Bottom line, we all feel shitty because we are carrying the generational trauma of colonization.
This session will highlight how gaining a better understanding of your energy exchange can help you disrupt harmful patterns. The lens is love and the goal is to begin to feel, better.

Trained on Old Data: The Hidden Architecture of Anxiety and What to Do About It
We talk a lot about AI. But the most sophisticated algorithm you will ever encounter has been running inside you since childhood.
You know what your anxiety feels like. But do you know what trained it?
Your subconscious has been collecting data your whole life — every moment that felt unsafe, every time something in you needed protecting — and it built a model from that data. A model designed to predict threats, avoid pain, and keep you safe.
The problem is the same problem that plagues every AI system trained on outdated information. The model is still running. And it is flagging dangers that no longer exist, using data that is decades old.
In this workshop, Tali reveals the hidden architecture behind anxiety — and why understanding it is the first step to releasing it. Using the TALI Method™, you'll be guided through a personal experience of self-discovery and introspection that gives you a clearer picture of what your anxiety is really made of and where it came from. This is not about coping better. This is about finally understanding what's really going on — so that you can begin to move forward, free from what has been quietly holding you back.

Her goal is simple: to empower more women to feel confident saying, “I can do this.”

Self-Care Is Not Selfish .... It's Strategy
Let's get one thing straight: taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it's a leadership strategy. In this session, we're dismantling the myth that self-care is selfish and replacing it with a truth that every woman in business needs to hear! You are your most valuable asset, and you cannot lead, grow, or serve from a place of depletion. We'll get honest about the guilt we carry, the rest we've been postponing, and the permission we've been waiting for that was never coming. This is your sign. It's time to step into your power .... fully, unapologetically, and on purpose.

Meg's Magical Morsels Counselor Meg
Meg's MenuMeet Meg, the sweet genius behind Meg’s Magical Morsels and your Mess Hall Camp Counselor serving up treats that feel like a little bit of magic in every bite. Based right here in Louisville, her bakery has quickly become a go-to destination for nostalgic, whimsical desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Meg blends food science, creativity, and pure imagination to create baked goods that hit every note, flavor, texture, and presentation all working together like a perfectly choreographed campfire song. At camp, that means next-level sweets that surprise you, delight you, and maybe even make you do a little happy dance between sessions.
With over a decade of experience in food and beverage management, including time at Walt Disney World, Meg knows how to create unforgettable food experiences. She’s got the degrees, the certifications, and the technical skills… but what really makes her special is her playful, slightly chaotic approach to baking. Expect bold flavors, fun designs, and desserts that feel like they were made just for you.
And because giving back is part of her recipe, Meg’s Magical Morsels runs Cupcakes for a Cause, partnering with local nonprofits to support the community through every sweet treat 💕
At the Mess Hall, Meg is here to remind you that dessert can be joyful, nostalgic, and a little mischievous… just like the best parts of camp. Trust us, one bite and you’ll get it ✨

FAQs
What if I don’t know anyone?
Perfect. You’re exactly who this is for.
So many gals and pals are coming solo—and honestly? That’s when the magic happens.
From the second you walk in, you won’t feel like the “new girl.” We’ve built camp to make it easy to connect:
small group campfire sessions
built-in conversation moments
counselors who are there to welcome you in, not stand on a stage
No awkward “go network” vibes. No standing in the corner scrolling your phone.
And here’s what always happens…
You start the day not knowing anyone, and by the end you’re:
sitting with a group at lunch
following each other on Instagram
making plans to see each other again
It’s giving instant community.
Come solo. Leave with your people 💖
Is this a safe and inclusive space?
Yes. Full stop.
WOW Summer Camp was created intentionally to be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no codeswitching, no shrinking, no pretending you have it all figured out.
Whether you’re loud or quiet, building a business or figuring out your next step, coming with friends or walking in solo… you belong here.
Around here, we call our community gals and pals—because everyone is welcome, always. 🤍
We’re bringing together people who support people. Like, actually.
The kind of space where:
you can share your ideas without being talked over
you can celebrate your wins without feeling weird about it
you can be honest about what’s hard without judgment
And we don’t just hope it feels safe—we design it that way. From the counselors we choose, to the conversations we lead, to the energy we protect all day long.
Think: hype gals, supportive pals, and a “we’ve got you” energy in every corner of camp 💖
Is WOW Summer Camp beginner-friendly if I’ve never been to something like this?
1000% yes. Like… this was made for you.
You do not need to have a business, a big idea, a polished elevator pitch, or your life figured out to come to camp.
Whether you’re:
just starting to explore what you want
in a “what am I even doing next?” phase
pivoting, rebuilding, or dreaming something new
…you are in the exact right place.
Nothing at camp is over your head or gatekeep-y. Our counselors are here to guide, not intimidate. Think conversations, not lectures. Real talk, not jargon.
And the best part?
You’ll be surrounded by other gals and pals who are in all different stages—so you won’t feel behind… you’ll feel inspired.
Come curious. Come unsure. Come as you are.
We’ll meet you there 💖
What makes this different from a typical conference?
Honestly? It doesn’t feel like a conference… and that’s the whole point.
No gray convention centers.
No sitting for 8 hours straight.
No awkward networking where everyone’s half-listening and scanning the room.
Instead… we’re taking you to camp.
You’ll be outside, moving your body, choosing your own path through the day, and learning in 30-minute campfire sessions that actually keep your attention (and your energy).
You don’t just sit and listen—you:
connect
create
try new things
have real conversations with the people leading the sessions
And instead of leaving with a notebook full of ideas you never revisit…
you leave with:
real connections (like, texting-after-camp connections)
confidence in your next step
tools you can actually use
Plus… we’re bringing back the fun.
A kickoff party with a dancefloor + headshots
A camp song you’ll somehow know by heart by noon
A water bottle you’ll customize as you “blaze your own trail”
It’s personal development meets summer camp meets “wait… I needed this more than I thought.”
We’re not here to talk at you.
We’re here to experience it with you 💖
Are sessions more like workshops or talks?
They’re way closer to workshops… but without the pressure.
We call them campfire sessions for a reason. Think small group energy, real conversations, and actually getting involved—not just sitting there listening and nodding.
Some sessions might have a little teaching moment to kick things off, but they quickly turn into:
discussion
hands-on exercises
sharing ideas
asking questions you actually care about
No long lectures. No zoning out in your chair.
And because they’re only 30 minutes, everything stays high-energy and impactful—you can try something new, take what you need, and then move on to your next session.
It’s giving:
“wait I actually participated” instead of “I took notes I’ll never look at again” 😌
Low pressure, high connection, and you get to choose what feels right for you all day long 💖
What actually happens at WOW Summer Camp?
Okay imagine this…
You arrive and immediately feel it—music playing, people laughing, that “wait this is going to be fun” energy.
We kick things off with Opening Ceremonies—you meet your camp counselors, learn the camp song (don’t worry, you’ll be obsessed by the end of the day), and get the rundown for how to blaze your own trail.
Then the day is yours.
You’ll move through 30-minute campfire sessions (with little canteen breaks in between to snack, chat, and reset), choosing what you’re most drawn to in the moment.
Your day might look like:
a confidence-building session that shifts your mindset
a business or money convo that finally clicks
a creative moment where you actually make something
a movement session to get out of your head and into your body
meeting someone who gets you instantly
All while collecting your custom “patches” (stickers!) to add to your water bottle as you go—literally building your own path throughout the day.
In the afternoon, we come back together for a keynote speaker moment to zoom out, get inspired, and connect the dots.
And the whole time?
You’re not just attending… you’re in it. Talking, laughing, learning, connecting.
It’s structured enough to guide you, but flexible enough to follow what you need.
You’ll leave feeling like:
“wait… that was a full day?? and I actually feel energized??” 💖
Is this good for business owners or corporate women?
Both. 100%. And honestly… that’s where the magic happens.
WOW Summer Camp was designed for gals and pals who are building something—whether that’s a business, a career, a pivot, or a whole new path.
If you’re a business owner, you’ll get:
real conversations around money, marketing, and growth
fresh ideas and perspective from other founders
connections that actually turn into collaborations
If you’re in a corporate role, you’ll get:
leadership and confidence tools you can bring back to your team
space to think bigger about your career (and what you actually want)
a community outside of your day-to-day environment
And the best part?
You’re not in a room full of people doing the exact same thing as you.
You’re surrounded by women with different experiences, industries, and perspectives—which makes every conversation more interesting, more expansive, and way more impactful.
So whether you’re climbing the ladder, building your own table, or figuring out what you even want next…
You’ll fit right in 💖
What is the kickoff party and is it included?
The kickoff party is your official “we’re really doing this” moment… and yes, it’s included 💖
The night before camp, we’re bringing everyone together to shake off the nerves and step into the fun.
Think:
a dance floor + music so you can sing and dance it out with your new besties
headshots + photo moments so you leave with content you can actually use
a chance to meet your fellow gals and pals before camp even starts
This is where the “I don’t know anyone” feeling disappears real quick.
You can come dressed up, make a night of it, and ease into the experience in a way that feels fun—not overwhelming.
So when you walk into camp the next day?
You’re not walking in alone… you’re walking in like “wait I already know people here.”
It’s the perfect pre-party to everything that’s about to unfold ✨
Can I gift a ticket to someone else?
Yes, you absolutely can 💖
Once you receive your ticket, you’re free to transfer it to anyone you want—whether you’re surprising a friend, bringing a biz bestie, or gifting the experience to someone who needs it.
Honestly… WOW Summer Camp makes a very good gift. Just saying 😌✨
What does my WOW Camp Ticket Include?

What is your refund or transfer policy?
All ticket sales are final, so we’re not able to offer refunds or exchange tickets for WOW store credit.
That said—you can absolutely transfer your ticket to someone else if your plans change.
Life happens, we get it. So if you can’t make it, you can gift your spot to a friend, a biz bestie, or someone who would love the experience just as much as you 💫
We’ll still make sure that ticket gets used and enjoyed ✨
Do you offer payment plans or discounts?
We love a little treat 💖
Right now, we’re offering a limited-time Early Bird special:
Buy one ticket, get one 50% off ✨
This deal is live through April 19th (Head Counselor Amanda Dare’s birthday 🎉)—so yes, we’re celebrating accordingly.
Here’s how it works:
Add two tickets to your cart
The discount will automatically apply at checkout
Grab a friend, split the cost, and you each save 25%
We’re not able to split payments on our end, so this is your perfect excuse to text a bestie, coworker, or that one friend who’s been saying “we should do something like this.”
Two tickets. One experience. Built-in camp buddy 💫
Parking?
Yes! Parking is free and there’s plenty of it for our size event ✨
If you want to carpool with your gals and pals, go for it (honestly, kind of fun)… but if you’re driving solo, you’ll have no problem finding a spot.
Easy arrival = better start to your camp day 💫
Is there food and drinks provided?
We’ve got you on hydration 💧✨
Every camper will receive a WOW water bottle to keep with you all day (because we’re taking care of our gals and pals).
For food + drinks, we wanted to keep things flexible and keep the ticket price as accessible as possible—so meals will be available for purchase throughout the day.
Here’s what you can expect:
☕ Coffee cart to start your morning right
🥐 Breakfast options available
🥗 Lunch options (hot + cold)
💖 Options that take food allergies and dietary needs into account
You’re also more than welcome to bring your own breakfast, lunch, or snacks if that’s your vibe.
As we get closer to camp, we’ll share all the food options ahead of time so you can plan your day exactly how you want.
Come fueled however works best for you—we’ll make sure you have great options either way ✨
Where is the event located?
WOW Summer Camp is happening at:
📍 Progress Park
4503 Progress Blvd
Louisville, KY 40218 ✨
And trust us… this is not your typical event venue.
Progress Park is a 12-acre hidden gem right in the city—a glamping resort + event space designed to help you unplug, breathe, and actually enjoy the experience.
Think:
🌿 nature, fresh air, and space to explore
🛶 a pond with beaches, kayaks, and paddleboards
🎯 games lawn with volleyball, cornhole, and more
🌲 walking trails when you need a reset moment
It truly feels like you’ve left the city… without actually leaving Louisville.
So instead of fluorescent lights and hotel ballrooms, you’ll be learning, connecting, and creating in a space that feels fun, relaxed, and totally different from anything you’ve done before.
Main character energy, but make it outdoors 💖✨
Are we staying overnight?
WOW Summer Camp is a full-day experience, not an overnight camp ✨
We’ll have our camp counselors staying on-site so they can be bright-eyed, ready, and fully present for you first thing in the morning—but we won’t have additional space for campers to stay overnight.
That said… you’re still getting the full camp feel.
From the kickoff party the night before to a full day of sessions, connection, and fun—it’s giving all the magic of camp, just without packing a suitcase 😉
So you can come, fully immerse yourself in the experience, and head home (or out to dinner with your new camp besties 👀) at the end of the day 💫
