The Event Content Glow-Up gives your business on-site social media coverage so you can stay present during your event while we capture the moments that make it worth remembering, sharing, and promoting.

WOW Media will capture the energy, details, people, products, speakers, vendors, behind-the-scenes moments, and overall experience of your event, then deliver raw footage plus ready-to-post video content you can use after the event.

What You Receive

This package includes:

• On-Site Event Coverage
  A WOW Media team member will attend your event and capture video footage throughout the experience, including room details, guest interactions, products, speakers, vendors, behind-the-scenes moments, and overall event energy.
• Raw Footage Delivery
  You will receive the raw footage from your event so you can use it for future social media posts, recap videos, email marketing, website updates, sponsor thank-yous, and promotional content.
• 1 Ready-to-Post Instagram Reel
  We will edit one Instagram Reel from the event footage so your business has a polished, ready-to-share recap.
• 1 Ready-to-Post TikTok Video
  You will also receive one TikTok-ready video, giving you another piece of short-form content to use after the event.

Investment

$100 per hour
2-hour minimum, $200 minimum booking
