Founded in 2014 by Christi McGown, Happy Place Travel specializes in helping couples plan stress-free destination weddings and honeymoons at premium all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and beyond.
Christi has spent more than a decade taking the chaos out of destination wedding planning so couples can actually enjoy being engaged. Before entering the travel industry, she spent 20 years in financial compliance with Merrill Lynch and Ameriprise Financial, giving her a unique eye for contracts, pricing, package comparisons, and the fine print that can make a major difference when planning a destination celebration.
