A BRAND WITH ANCIENT TIES

Nestled right in the heart of the popular NuLu neighborhood is a relaxing and memorable getaway that tourists and locals can both enjoy!

PAIRE Hospitality is built on the concept of “philoxenia”, a Greek word which loosely translates as “hospitality”. 

“The ancient word is much more far-reaching and is based on a culture that considers kindness toward the stranger or traveler as a moral code,” explains Jaclyn Journey, co-owner of PAIRE. “Both of us grew up with, or married into families with roots in Greece, Russia, Lebanon, and Syria, and we have experienced hospitality as a natural thread woven throughout our lives. We wanted to bring that emphasis, mixed with a well-designed and thoughtful atmosphere, to our concept.”

A LUXURY BOUTIQUE

While PAIRE Hospitality also includes two luxurious Airbnb’s, shopPAIRE is an intentionally curated luxury boutique, filled with an array of goods that promote wellbeing and beauty, evoking feelings of peace and contentment. They even have a custom line of goods such as rose body oil, bath tea, and candles as well as a wide variety of apparel, curated art, and other beautiful things to fill the home. “We know the more we surround ourselves with beauty, the more we are reminded how worthy we are of it,” Jaclyn says.

PERSONAL TOUCHES

To go along with the experience of “philoxenia”, many of the products in the shop are ones Jaclyn and co-owner Amanda have found while traveling or that they have custom created because they use them at home. To sum it up: “Everything is very personal!” Jaclyn says.
