Event Terms and Conditions

• Tickets for the all of our events are available for purchase through authorized ticketing channels. Please ensure you obtain your tickets from reputable sources only. Woman-Owned Wallet reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals with counterfeit or invalid tickets.
• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
• All tickets purchased for Woman-Owned Wallet's events are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred to another individual or event. Tickets are only valid for the specific event for which they were purchased.

Event Schedule and Changes:

• Woman-Owned Wallet reserves the right to modify the event schedule, including the date, time, venue, and lineup, without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of any significant changes through the provided contact information.
• Woman-Owned Wallet shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the inability to attend the event or the unauthorized transfer of tickets.
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of an event by Woman-Owned Wallet, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or alternative ticket arrangement as determined by Woman-Owned Wallet's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Code of Conduct:

• All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner throughout all Woman-Owned Wallet events. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards other attendees, staff, performers, or exhibitors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Liability and Indemnity:

• Woman-Owned Wallet shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft incurred during our events, regardless of the cause.
• Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and release Woman-Owned Wallet, its affiliates, organizers, sponsors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.

Photography and Videography:

• Woman-Owned Wallet may engage in photography and videography during our events for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
• By attending the event, you grant Woman-Owned Wallet and its authorized representatives the right to capture and use your likeness, image, voice, and any other recordings of your presence without compensation, in any form or media, for promotional and commercial purposes.
• You understand and agree that Woman-Owned Wallet shall have the sole ownership and copyright of such materials and may use them in perpetuity without further consent or notification.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to avoid the areas where photography and videography are being conducted.
