Sweet Colada is a Cuban-inspired café in Louisville serving cafecito, house-made pastries, and culture through the warmth of ventanita tradition. Founded by Nachely Martinez Coro in 2025, Sweet Colada brings the bold flavors and communal spirit of Cuban coffee culture to Logan Street and beyond.
Inspired by Miami’s ventanita coffee windows and the legacy of Sweet Havana, Sweet Colada is more than a café — it’s a cultural gathering space. Every cafecito, cortadito, pastelito, and colada is served with warmth, joy, and deep-rooted tradition.
