Prova Spirits is home to an avant-garde cocktail bar and experimental nano distillery specializing in small-batch amaro, limoncello, vermouth, gin, and vodka—all distilled in house. Located on the edge of NuLu and Phoenix Hill, Prova offers handcrafted cocktails made almost exclusively from its own craft spirits, delivering a uniquely immersive tasting experience.
Founded by Saniya Sami and Giuseppe Paoulos in 2024, Prova Spirits is Louisville’s only nano distillery, operating out of a 1,000-square-foot space dedicated to innovation, quality, and creativity. The space is also home to Cani Carini Wines, with wine flights and bottles available.
