The innate features of tall ceilings, beautiful moldings, and original bones lent themselves to the creation of an old-world, Parisian-style ambiance, with subtle depths of color and texture throughout. With elegant, comfortable, functional, and warm vibes, you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled upon a European villa right in the middle of NuLu.

The living space features eclectic touches, including a plush velvet sofa, a large television, a wireless speaker, and even a record player for those mellow nights in. And just off the living area, you’ll find an expansive deck, perfect for relaxing, which overlooks the backyard of the well-loved Nouvelle Wine Bar+Bottle.

The main bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed with cloudlike bedding and luscious chocolate velvet curtains for sleeping-in, plus plenty of storage for your belongings. Attached to the bedroom, you’ll find a prominent blush-pink plaster bathroom with geometric marble tile, a white soaking tub, and a shower wet-room combination.

But that’s not all! The rest of your party will stay comfy in a second bedroom with plenty of natural light, a large built-in desk for working or getting ready for a night-out, and a luxurious queen-size bed with silky patterned bedding.
